My first Management role was as a Trainee Manager, with hard work and determination I worked my way up the ladder to the Position of Managing Director gaining valuable Knowledge and experience along the way.
I have worked in Retail, Leisure, Engineering, Construction, Catering, Health and Fitness, Sales Marketing and Media, which has given me an excellent understanding of a wide range of Business Sectors.
I have been employed at senior level at some of the leading companies across the United Kingdom, and Overseas. Positions I have held are, Regional Sales Director, National Sales Director, Business Development Director, Acquisitions Director, Operations Director and Managing Director.
My experience includes Launching New businesses achieving £17 million turnover in 3 years.
I have worked at small, medium and large companies, from one-person operations to companies with over 500 staff.
At one of the companies, my experience, knowledge and skill enabled me to turn an Annual profit of £57,000 into an Annual profit of £485,000 in 18 months.
In my role as Acquisitions Director, the companies I acquired contributed to increasing an £18 million a year turnover to £35 million a year.
I have trained and developed staff at every level, from new starter to Director Level.
